Description:
As the Hospice Assistant Director the chosen individual will lead the QAPI Program, manage policies and procedures, manage our small hospice residence, oversee scheduling for continuous care and assit the Executive Director. The chosen individual must always focus on regulatory compliance and delivering the highest quality of care.
Responsibilities: Provide strong leadership regarding regulatory issues to management team while encouraging professional growth and collaboration. Manage and oversee patients and staff in small hospice residence. Monitor productivity: intervene and develop strategies to increase productivity. Fill in -in the absence of the Executive Director. Other responsibilities as assigned.
